The Old Bill is owned and run by Paolo Bissolati.  Paolo is a successful restaurateur with over twenty year’s business experience within the food and drinks industry.

Having traveled extensively around Europe and the Far East, Paolo not only brings an extensive knowledge of world travel and traditional Italian recipes to the restaurant, he also brings a sense of fun and laughter which can sometimes be lost in restaurants today.

More significantly Paolo is the proud father of Zachary, Baden, and Isabella!!  He has his beautiful and understanding partner Louise to thank for that.

The Old Bill is not only renowned for it’s food and atmosphere alike, but also for it’s varied wines and speciality drinks. We have a large selection of malt whiskies and brandies on display that will be prepared for your specification on request. For special occasions, a birthday perhaps, why not ask for a flaming brandy an Old Bill special.

The staff are professionally trained and will endeavor to make your visit as memorable and enjoyable as possible. As we are a family business, children young and old are more than welcome.
